Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. Our second visit to the Santa Barbara area and definitely prefer to stay a little farther south away from the busy intersections.

Exceptional Service and Perfect for Wedding Parties! Our experience at this hotel was truly outstanding. We stayed as part of a wedding party, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From the valet attendants to the front desk staff to housekeeping—every interaction was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do. The hotel itself is stunning—elegantly designed, immaculately maintained, and full of thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views and plenty of natural light. The shared spaces were perfect for gathering, whether we were getting ready for the ceremony or winding down after the reception. The location is also ideal, making transportation and logistics incredibly simple for a group event like a wedding. Being close to key venues, restaurants, and photo spots was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to any wedding party or group visiting the area. The entire experience was seamless, joyful, and elevated by the hospitality of the team. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate.

Wonderful stay. Amazing location. Very nice staff. My only suggestion is please, PLEASE get creamer carafes for the morning coffee service. The little Coffee Mate pods feel like a Hampton Inn thing and are frustrating. But otherwise, really a great stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Santa Barbara Inn for three days this week. We were welcomed by polite valet staff with friendly smiles making us feel warm and at home. All staff members, from wait staff to house keeping, were very professional and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and fit for royalty. The general manager, Ed Galsterer, was instrumental in making our stay one which we will never forget. We would recommend anyone who visits the area to stay at this beautiful boutique facility where you are special and not just a visitor.

Stayed here on a sisters’ trip and it was the perfect location. Wonderful service with the valet and housekeeping and front desk staff. The entire premise was sparkling clean (and I am very picky with hotels) and pruned and the beach being right across the road was so convenient. The balcony looking towards the ocean was lovely at any time of the day or evening. The bed was comfortable. We partially used the valet parking and other nights parked on the street with no problems. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant Convivo twice and both times it was great service and delicious. We recommend the walk down to the wharf on a nice day to gift shops and restaurants and a great view and also enjoying a meal on the patio at Convivo. We would absolutely return to stay here.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating a wedding at Santa Barbara Inn. The location was absolutely beautiful, with the ocean views creating the perfect backdrop for such a special day. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and truly memorable. The setting was romantic and unforgettable, and it was the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Santa Barbara Inn helped make the wedding a day we will always remember, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful coastal wedding venue.
